Foreword - gratitude

"Anita literally walked into my life, and there was an instant connection, soul sisters. Our lives have become entwined in aligned purpose, with unwavering support for each other. It was a natural progression to work together, united by purpose, enmeshed by love and friendship, joining in a greater plan that was already in motion. I am forever grateful." Leonie Nicholls

"Leonie has been my study buddy, my guinea pig for balances, my kindred friend and now my work colleague. We came together in building a kindred practice with an added excitement at the prospect of embracing shared and new learnings to assist our clients." Anita McVeigh

Hi I’m Anita,

I am the mother of six children, and have been a Primary School Drama Teacher for over 25 years.

I first came upon the modality of Kinesiology through a health scare and I realised how powerful our thoughts and emotions are. Kinesiology opened my eyes to how I could support my body both my mind and physical body while still seeking medical assistance.

The gratefulness I had for this modality lead me to investigate studying kinesiology.

While studying I couldn’t believe the areas that kinesiology could also benefit. One particular area close to my heart was children. In my many years of teaching I sometimes felt helpless in supporting so many little ones with their behaviour and learning. Kinesiology gave me an opportunity to ask the “body” what it needed to support balance in these areas. Supporting young mums through these situations is another way that Kinesiology can aid parents who are juggling the work and family merry go round or the opportunity for their body’s to feel balanced and more able to assist their child at what can be a very difficult time.

I love sharing my knowledge, experience and passion for kinesiology. The body speaks we just need to listen.

Hi I’m Leonie

My love of kinesiology began when I sought solutions for ongoing health issues as a 30 something woman, feeling disillusioned and disconnected from my body. My background in psychology laid the foundation for a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.

When I discovered kinesiology, I was captivated by its transformative power, connecting me to my true self, resolving health challenges through new awareness and profound realisations about the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

After growing a successful construction company, my passion for holistic healing led me to a new path where I could truly make a difference. Today, I embrace a holistic approach to well-being, working with emotions, trauma, and any barriers that prevent individuals from living their best lives.

I am constantly amazed and excited by the ways kinesiology works with the subconscious, weaving its magic to facilitate profound healing.

It is exciting working with children with school issues and emotional upsets. I love to see the changes to learning with our personalised brain integration programs.

My mission is to help others unlock their potential and achieve a balanced, fulfilling life.
